Hey Panthers! Quote of the Week/Month is a new initiative created by Panthers for Panthers in an effort to boost school pride and spirit. The first application was completed by Leslie Cruz, a junior and fellow PSG member. This project is not limited to PSG only, in fact, we want all students to be able to participate in this quick and easy task. Without further ado here is Leslie's Quote and Analysis:
' "Never let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game." by Babe Ruth. This quote to me means never let obstacles and mistakes get the best of you and always move forward because your mistakes or people do not define who you are. The quote inspires me to never stop chasing my dreams even when things do not go the way I planned. Babe Ruth's quote can empower my fellow panthers by sending the message that just because you aren't perfect or the best, you are still the best you can be for yourself. Life is not always going to be easy and that's okay. It's a process of failure and success.'
